My wife and I visited Cork and were shown around by
Daithi. He is a knife maker who lives there. Really
worth more than the 2 days I gave it. Don't miss
'Shakey Bridge' and the museum beside it.
Daithi has disappeared from the usual web haunts but I
quote him often, eg. "That woman could talk the hind
leg off a donkey."
