[TheForge] slide in dies

Bob,  I don't use slide in, but clamp on.  I find loose fitting dies not
only are dangerous, but they double hit like you say, give mis-prints on the
bounce, and aren't worth it.  Clamping something down for fixed accuracy
works for me.
