There are too many young/middle aged/older Americans that are lazy and =
don't
want to work hard. That is why they hire people that are willing to work
more for less...That is because these people realize what the worth of a
dollar is. It is a shame that the "Give me a million dollars for being =
on an
island with cry babies" mentality is so prevalent these days.

I see it all of the time with the young people where I work...It is =
given to
them or they expect it to be given...sad

I completely agree. US industry and business think that shipping work=20
over to "low cost" developing nations will make them more money.

In this region, as I would assume in many others, Mexican immigrants=20
have become the labor pool for hard labor jobs in construction,=20
agriculture and industry. They are being paid less, work harder and=20
longer hours and the bosses are smiling. But this working class does=20
not squander their money. The use it to help their families, provide=20
education to their children and help other relatives come to America to=20
live the good life. The census data projects that by 2020 the Hispanic=20
population will become the majority. Do you think they will be willing=20
to continue to live in substandard housing, work for substandard pay,=20
and allow intolerance when they are the majority population.
