Now that I have completed the major project on the house, I was able to
start building my air hammer!! I will shoot pics tomorrow and post.

I am using a 5' section of 8" I beam welded to a plate of 22"Wx40"L. The
anvil will be held by a section of the 8" I beam which will be welded to =
2
pieces of 4" I beam. Inside the 8" section will be a 7"Diameterx20" =
round
steel anvil.

Welders tan....fun...Didn't know I was burning up until the next =
day....I am
using LINCOLD flux core wire w/reverse poilarity for excellent =
penetration.
The first few welds aren't pretty, but as I progressed they got
better....ha..I had to change my welding angle for a better bead...
