This morning I found at the junkyard a Japanese stainless steel spatula in a large motorhome that had burned. The spatula is soft and I want to quench it to see if I can regain its springiness. How should I do it? heat to orange and quench in oil? Thanks for any help. Jeff in Tallahassee
