[TheForge] Railing Project for Carroll County Farm Museum Spring House Steps

Just posted several pictures (Recent Works Folder) of a group effort by
the Blacksmith Guild of Central Maryland to make railings for the Spring
House steps at the Carroll County Farm Museum.  Work was done over the
past weekend and the last several days.  Hoped to install them today but
because of Isabel the county closed at 2:30PM
