Here we go again- why buy, when it's easy enough to make your own? We're
smiths, right?

Get a variable speed drill, or other rotating device with controllable
speed, insert a rod or the preferred diameter, wrap your wire neatly around
the rod, until it forms a longish coil, then snip off your rings- most folks
I know use aircraft snips, since they tend to give a more even cut.
Alternatively, you can use a hacksaw, although they work best if you either
use a (replaceable) wooden dowel, or have a groove in the rod you're using
as a mandrel.
