there is a section on Nazel hammers in the book
"A Blacksmith' and Hammerman's Emporium"
by Douglas Freund.

I got a copy at powells in portland, so you could probably get it online
from them as well. 
It has a reprint of the 1914 nazel catalog, which shows the different styles
and sizes. 
As far as I know, there is no parts availability. Bob Bergman is a good
person to talk to- he buys, sells and rebuilds em.
