[TheForge] Possible new TH design

Any real interest out there in a (hypothetical, at this point)
vertical-motion treadle hammer (~20# ram)?  If it works out the way I
expect, it should cost <$100 (ya gotta do some scrounging!) and require
no welding or other "advanced" skills to assemble.
