[TheForge] Platten table hammer in clamps?

Those vertical clamps look nice, but at $139, they're pricey! Seems to
me you could get a pipe-clamp kit from Home Depot (two ends, less the
pipe) and make one from the "screw-clamp end-piece" with little trouble.
May have to forge one end of the (nominal 3/4") pipe to fit the acorn
table. (I don't know whether you could use the other "end-piece" of
such a kit. Depends on what it's like.)
