    Strange that it should be a Peter Wright anvil, I understand that 
Todd(?) Fisher (of Fisher & Norris) was the Sec. of the Navy after the 
War of Northern Aggression, and was instrumental in writhing the Navy 
Spec's. for anvils. I wonder who's anvils met spec.?
