I don't have a good scrap yard nearby.  At the only one I visit fairly
often, the guy scratches his head, says "Hummm..." and names a price.
I got some new sheet stainless that required a quarter hour's work for
both of us to get it out of the stack at a very bargain price.  OTOH,
he wanted way too much for a weird, badly beat up, 100# industrial
machine part.  I think his prices are phase of the moon dependent.
