         Or, go to a pet store.  Yes, a pet store.  Get a ceramic shop=20
light looking thing, along with a reptile incandescent heater bulb.  They=20
also sell ceramic heaters.  Put on top of anvil, or make a box with a big=20
hole in the top to put the light on over the anvil.  The ceramic ones work=
=20
by radiant heat, so you are heating the anvil and not the air.
