Unfortunately the pop-up blocker requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or later 
according to the system requirements section on the tool bar 
page..  Another little hook to keep you hooked on MS.  Opera seems to be 
the way to go these days.  Although, Netscape 7.1 also has a pop-up blocker 
in it's preferences settings.
