No particular program, just an announcement on the awards and a comment on
the wide diversity of areas of interest of the recipients.
On the same newscast they announced the Ignobel prize winners.The
engineering award went to Air Force Captain Edward Murphy,Air Force Doctor
John Paul Stapp, and George Nichols for the origination of Murphy's Law.
