[TheForge] Rust-resistance: Iron Pillar of Delhi

I believe Corten is a trade name owned by USX.  Corten is a High Strength
Low Alloy Steel  one spec is ASTM A606 - type 4. (and there are other spec's
too.)  I will have to look for some more details on its make up.  While it
"rusts" the rust doesn't scale off and products the underlying steel.  It
has been used for bridges, building and many outside structures.  The John
Deere Headquarters in Moline, IL and the US Steel Building in Pittsburgh are
both build with this as the outside material.  Turns a dark color with age.
