[TheForge] Rust-resistance: Iron Pillar of Delhi

You've all heard about the 6-ton iron pillar in Delhi that hasn't
rusted in 1600 years?  I googled it for an exchange on Usenet (someone
claimed it was in Iraq).  Seems they've figured out why it is so rust
resistant.
