Okay, then there's probably even more literature out there, because
that's the sort of treatment municipal waste water often receives - big
aerobic stirred vats of sludge.  Should be plenty of books on that
subject.  Try Powells.com.

There is a BIG difference between the regular septic system and the
one
being asked about. the regular system is anaerobic (no air) and his
system
which is aerobic.
