No flux- use a silicon bronze (sometimes called everdur) rod, straight
argon shielding gas. works great either dc or ac. I usually just use
dc, high freq start, but Ron Fournier, who is a master metalshaper,
uses ac continuous high freq, like for aluminum, and he swears it works
better.
It is a lot like gas brazing, only quicker, more controllable, less
heat affected area, and less blowouts and meltthrus.
