[TheForge] Mac YAK

All I know is that anything I want to do on a computer I can do on my Mac.

My three kids share files between my Mac at home and the PCs at school without any problems. Most of the myths around Macs are just that, myths.

Much of the CDROM software will run on Mac or windows. PLus I have to admit I do enjoy TRUE MULTI-TASKING!!

I also could care less about all the crap that runs across the screen when windows boots up.

On my Mac either it boots or it doesn't. If it doesn't there are simple approaches to solve the glitches.

Plus the operating system to me, has always been more intuitive than windows.

I remember back in the late '90s when I had a Mac Plus at home with Excel, Word, etc in a graphic user environment, and an IBM PS2 Model 50 at work with Lotus 123, DisplayWrite, etc.

IT WAS CRIMINAL. I think Apple has always been more creative, USB, firewire, Ipods, etc, etc.

What innovations other than help desks has windows created!!!???

Stirring the pot!!
