Not the same, although I looked at the ihpva site for it. It was
written by a ihpva member I think, in 1995. It tends to make my 2000
system act a little wonky when it is running and takes forever to close,
but works otherwise. Norton says its clean of viruses. It goes to 10
in diameter in fractions, and for decimal entry I don't know what the
limits are. It also handles offset, which tubemiter does not. As I
stated it is on the yahoo group theForgeFiles now. I have also sent it
to a couple of other people on the list to post on their sites.
