Yo Andy- you are confusing India with some place you saw in a scooby doo cartoon. In Mumbai (Bombay) they speak the queens english. Better than me, with a distinguished oxford accent for the most part. Of course that doesnt mean they know anything about what is wrong with your computer. ries
