If Andy stops offending you, you'll know he doesn't love you anymore.
 
Besides which, he's blatantly wrong.  (East) Indians, Russians, etc.,
all speak better English than most of the guys on this list.  (Myself
not included, of course :^)  
 
No doubt Dell relocated customer servive to Mumbai (if that rumor is
true) because customers had trouble understanding the accents of the
customer service representatives from _______ <fill in name of region
you want to mock>.
