Another alternative to the dual /triple vision lenses for us bifocal folks
is to obtain a prescription for a set of "computer lenses". These focus for
me in the range of about 14" to about 40 inches. This range has reduced my
neck strain while using the computer and works well for anything that is
within arms reach or so, which include welding and hammerin'.
I find my self wearing them at work even though the distance vision is
bleary.

I have a pair of these with safety glass lenses. The only change that I
would make would be to raise the top near vision section a bit to widen
