I wrote another hundredweight converter for those of you that are
either arithmetically challenged or just too damn lazy to do the
work.

It's the same (basically) as the one I did perhaps 8 or 10 years
ago.  I couldn't find the old one, so I wrote a new one.

Sadly, I have completely forgotten how to generate an installer,
so all you get is the .exe.

Anyonw wants it, let me know.
