Heard him lecture once here in Halifax. I'm pretty sure that's his
real name.

Why does your dentist have a TV over the chair where you can watch it
while he excavates you central nervous system with a power tool?
Because it tends to put you into a light trance state.
This bit Mander's book about cetacean research guy was, I suspect, a
bit off the track but the rest is, so far as I can tell, bang on.
Ooops. Looks like I'm joining the lengthy rant/YAK thread. Wrenched
my back a few days ago and, for a week or so, I'm spending a couple or
three hours in a chair for every hour in the shop. The chair at the
computer seems to be the most therapeutic...
