	This is my experience as well.  It is the worst possible
	situation.  Wilfull ignorance is a most intransigent
	condition and highly refractive to change toward new
	knowledge.  You can lead a horse to water...

	Things may come to that.  It's a damned shame, from my POV.  I
	love this world of ours.  Look at how beautiful it is.  Though
	folks profess to care, they apparently do not care enough to
	change their habits.  Perhaps one day the decision will be
	taken from our hands.  Then it will be most amusing to listen
	to all the whiners whining the most predictable questions such
	as "how could this have happened".  Such is life, I suppose.
