I was delighted to find that E A Chase still gets away with burning coal in
his workshop right in Santa Cruz, CA. Asked why, and he shrugged and winked
and said he didn't know.
So, Everybody, here's the secret: BE FAMOUS!! And make sure your sculptures
are in the town square.
Then you can do what you want.
Or be designated a National Treasure like the Japanese guys.
