Ahh there is a problematic question, we purchase from distributors, and they
ar epretty tight about only selling to people with the right equipment, its
about 5000.00 or more for the right equipment because of the way soda
"shears" it won't work in ordinary sand blasting equipment.

Baking soda will solve all of your problems. Find someone who
does
baking
> paul> soda blasting like me, and it can be done wet or
dry, it will remove
the tar
> paul> form all surfaces. It will also
remove any other contaminates
without
> paul> etching or d

shine which can be etched
with
> paul> ammonia to restore the "patina"

washed down with a hose
and its
> paul> gone end of story, also its
100% EPA and DEQ legal.........
> paul>
> paul>
> paul>
> paul>
