	Sure is.  George is third generation.  His wife's a nice girl
	from the Bronx, so we used to have lots to talk about.  He
	does nice work and is always busy.  But it is so damnably hot
	in there during summer months.  I'll say one thing though, he's
	sitting on several million $$ worth of real estate.  He owns
	just about an entire block of Old Scottsdale.  I'm sure the
	developers would just about die to get their hands on it. Seems
	there's a lot of eminent donmain seizure in Phoenix, too.  One
	of the guys in AKCA (Arisonz Knife Collectors Assoc.) has had
	something like two or three separate lots stolen from him by
	the city, supposedly for "public works", only to have been
	given to private developers.  Amazes me that they can get away
	with things such as this, though I suppose it shouldn't.
