	You could try George Cavalieri in Old Scottsdale.  He has an 
	interesting shop that's been in continual operation since
	1919.

	If you are into knives, there are a bunch of top makers
	there including Tim Hancock (my ex-neighbor) and Mike
	Mooney. Mike's on the knife-list.

	Peter Sevin is in the west valley.  Never got a chance to
	get over to his shop. :(  I'm sure someone here like Ike
	Dewey could point you to him.  Then there's Ike Dewey :).

	In Tucson there is Tai Goo.  I can send his email address
	if you wish.  Top drawer knifer and cool fellow.

	Have fun, and be careful in the heat.  It can sneak up on
	you and do the job if you're not careful.  Lots of water
	all the time.
