I used a soni-tube but would make something more sturdy next time.  Putting
that stiff of a mix into a tight gap like that is tough.  And I wanted to
beat on it pretty solidly to by sure I didn't have voids.  Also, I tried to
anchor the far end with wood blocks but I didn't keep the inside form very
true inside the outside form.  The end of the soni-tube got soggy.

A wood form would be nice and would burn out.  I think a piece of rolled 18
ga. or so spot welded at the seam would be good too.  The welds could be
ground off and the form would collapse.
