Yes it sure is.  They are 1 street over from my house.  In fact there's a 
kind of odd connection between our house and their shop.

Our house used to be a boarding house for the local school teachers before 
there was a central school system.  Bader's shop is partly occupying the 
same school building where the teachers from our house went to work.
