	This is why I'm not a big fan of ebay.  This is basically a
	credit fraud modified to fit the medium.  For example, you
	could take your AMEX card and steadily build your monthly
	bills and keep paying by whatever means... then when the time
	is right, you purchase an enormous $ amount of, say, gold or
	diamonds and either split or go chapter 7 or 13 and leave
	your creditors holding the bag.

	It's a hard thing to defend against if you're going to play
	in that sandbox, so to speak.
