Hi Bob,
I've just uploaded the plans to the Photoaccess site, but couldn't figure
out how to upload the instructions which are in Word. So, if anyone has any
suggestions, let me know.  I tried scanning the instructions into a JPEG,
but they were unreadable.
Actually, the plans are pretty straightforward.

I've purchased one of the Saltfork Craftsmen swage blocks and it came with
instructions to build the stand that was described.  It is a pretty slick
design.
I would be glad to scan the plan and send it to whomever is interested.
