Steve, Cant' say we'll be next door neighbors, but it's about an
hour and a half away from my place. You've chosen a decent area, as it is
fairly rural with no real large towns close by, so the prices should be
reasonable (as much as they can be in this inflated housing market).
Portsmouth NH, Portland Maine, or Ossipee, Conway NH are about an
hour away from that area so things should be available as far as shop needs.
The lakes region (lake Winnepesaukee) isn't to far away either, so the work
around those areas should be there in the summer months at least.
If it were me, I'd auction the goats and keep the
tools.........anyone will rent you a storage locker. :-)
