Put a rubber band around your thumb and finger tips so they are all pulled
together, then spread your fingers against the pull of the rubber band
several times. Put the rubber band in your pocket, do this exercise several
times a day when ever you think of it.
I saw this in The Anvils Ring some time ago, my elbow was so bad I couldn't
hardly hold a hammer, started doing this exercise and was back pounding in
3-4 days.
