I am in the process of building a treadle hammer
brought on by the last treadle hammer discussion ,I
have accumulated all the parts I think I need but am
lacking a set of plans other than looking at pictures
of existing ones. What I am wondering as I stand all
the components together is what is the ideal distance
from anvil to back post would be ? Also I am debating
the adjustable head height though I remember George
Dixon making some comments about simple treadle
hammers that made a lot of sense
Thanks for any constructive input Aaron
