When I've taught classes in the past -- my shop or Bay School of the Arts in Mathews, VA, I've usually charged $10/hour. No its not enough. But I wasn't teaching for the money side, it was to help promote the craft, and, well...because I like to teach. The only time I've been paid to demonstrate for a group, 4 hour session equalled $150.
