[TheForge] decorative head for tapcon

I'm working on a project that tap cons would work to fasten.=20
does  anyone have any ideas about how to make the heads nicer without =
ruining the screw? they are going into pretty soft brick but from my =
experience tap cons snap off pretty easily so I'm wondering if I were to =
try to weld a different head on to the screw if it would work. any ideas?
