My favorite "This Old House" has a scene in which the owner is confronted
with the thought that he is spending 7-8 grand for a fancy heat exchanger/
fresh air intake, which he needs to compensate for the brand new extra tight
windows he just dropped an extra 10 grand to install. You could almost see
his colon tightening. <G>
