[TheForge] rivets at mcmaster-carr

Thanks for the lead on rivets at mcmaster-carr. They have quite a few
sizes not available at Centaur or at MSC. I was especially pleased to
find a whole range of lengths for 5/32" diameter rivets. Those were the
ones least available at MSC.

The site is just www.mcmaster.com, and the mild steel solid rivets are
on catalog page 3076.
