Centaur Forge sells rivets. So does MSC. They both will sell 1lb. quantities
of steel rivets. Actual iron rivets are probably pretty unobtainable. You
could make your own out of scrap wrought.

I dont know if they have a minimum- I have been buying a couple of hundred
dollars worth at a time, so it hasnt come up.They stock pretty much every
size of steel, stainless, copper, bronze, and aluminum rivets.
