Kodak advertises a camera that includes a PhotoCD in the price but you can 
ask (and pay) for a photo CD when developing any camera - or film for that 
matter. The Kodak commercials are an attempt to make you pay for the CD BEFORE you 
know whether the pictures you've taken should go on one, and, now that I think 
about it, they get you to pay for the CD even if you never get the pictures 
developed!  Kodak and Intel (see the centrino hoopla) must use the same 
advertising agency.
