I would think ARTMETAL has this topic well archived. It seems to continu=
ally come around and it seems many at that discussion group are well vers=
ed in exterior finishingf of metal sculptures and projects. You would no=
t need to sign up for the discussion group, you could just go to artmeta=
l.com and do a search of topics in the archives.
