Near Cardiff Wales they have a folks museum with villages from different
time periods.  Their standard museum (also on the grounds) has a lot of
machinery and hand made items.  Worth the visit IMHO<G>.

The V&A does indeed have a great wrought iron collection..among many 
others .When I saw it  25 or more years ago it was  crowded all over the

yellowed walls, in dim light and only a few of my handheld shots at one 
second exposure weren't blurry.  Would love to go back again and spend a

couple of months between there and the British Museum..Pete
