	THis is precisely what I mentioned earlier.  RMS ratings
	give what we can call the "average" output of the motor.
	Peak rating means power that can be sustained for short
	periods only.  A motor with a peak rating of two HP may
	be able to carry only a 3/4 hp load on a continual basis.
	That's an important thing to know in many cases.
