   Well I have two metal scrounges to talk about. The first was helping a 
friend move his shop lats year I lucked into a Wilton horizontal band saw that he 
wanted to throw out because the hinge plate was broken... drove out the pin, 
welded the plate ... a bit of grinding.. voila a nice saw that looks good in 
MY shop :>)
   
   The next is just a damn shame...some idiot threw out a perfectly nice 
folding walker thet had the gas struts to help fold and unfold it. That one went 
to the VFW for some less fortunate soul. Keep an eye out for these types of 
things, shower chairs, walkers, hosptial toilets.... I see them all the time, 
take em to the VFW, hospice, hospital, shelter. They are expensive and many can't 
afford em!!!!
