Wanna share how you made an exercycle into a grinding wheel?  I see those
exercycles at so many yard sales.

On the way over to visit my dad in the hospital, I drove past a large
construction dumpster filled with older electric wheelchairs in various
states of disrepair.  They had several scooters and a couple of
wheelchair lifts that fit into a hitch receiver.   Several small cranes
for hoisting and swinging people into and out of tubs/vehicles made from
stainless.  Lots of high torque dc motors, linear actuators.  No way I
could get it all in the vehicle I was driving today.   A lot of mental
gymnastics trying to get a balanced load.  Balanced here has nothing to
do with vehicle dynamics, more balanced between what I know I can sneak
into the garage without my wife realizing it, and those large items
that  are really cool, but will draw immediate  scrutiny and  require
justifications I haven't even invented yet.   Had to leave behind a
really high end excercycle that I would have loved to set up as a
grinding wheel ( I have made a couple of these now).   Anyway a good
haul.
