[TheForge] Frustratin first attempt

I have used anthracite to forge with it worked alright although I do prefer
soft coal, good anthracite works well too.  I was using a firepot but if you
mound up the coal you should be alright with the rivet forge you may be trying
to keep the fire too small although 8" burning should be enough I assume that
is 8" glowing not smoke coming from 8".  Don't dig out a trench for your steel
just stuff it in there.
